Emergency night as unable to travel home
Really comfy mattress giving an excellent night's sleep.
Cooked breakfast during Covid had been in a heater already for a while even by 7.15am so rather dried out.

Stay was fine. Value for money. Hotel just in need of a little TLC but can understand difficulties
Location was ideal. Being able to stay to attend my Dad's funeral. Staff very understanding (Helen) All staff very friendly everything explained regarding covid restrictions. Breakfast was very acceptable during these difficult times. Shower was good. Nice clean towels. Tea making facilities was a bonus.
We were in Room 215 and unfortunately the toilet flushing system emitted a 'fog horn' type noise when flushed quick and lasted until the cistern filled up !!

great value - rooms far better condition than my last stay at another more expensive hotel locally
Staff friendly and helpful
They room key system was useless had problems with it daily had to call staff on phone on one occasion to get entry as wouldn't work to let me in and nobody answering the buzzer one member of staff presumed I was using it wrong - possibly? shower curtains annoying

Breakfast was a bag of food due to Covid but nonetheless enjoyable, beds very comfortable and room was hot.
